I like the story you told about your views. I really enjoy listening to people tell the stories of history. Everyone has their own views and can put their own spin on an existing narrative and make it funny, sad, emotional or anything that they like. I think that this is a major skill. I have a hard time recounting events in a specific style but personally I am better creating something from nothing and making my own narrative. Other side of the coin. Really enjoyed listening to your views and am interested in re watching this at the end of the course and see where your journey has taken you!

    Thanks Clay!

“I am not a storyteller.” I disagree. You did a great job! How to use it in your profession? I think you use it already; you just may need to be more intentional. You create so many interesting artifacts, any documentation of how you do it would be considered digital storytelling, as far as I understand it. If you use digital storytelling as a way for your students to document their creations, even if the creation doesn’t get completed, the digital story would be evidence of achievement and therefore ‘markable’.
